The company acts as a port agent, clearing and forwarding agent, and ship broker — handling vessel operations, cargo documentation and freight computation for ships calling at Sierra Leonean ports.
Our mandate covers the full agency function, from receiving and tracking customer orders to managing vessel clearance, crew welfare and port expense accounts — while supporting broader trade, logistics and maritime safety activities across Sierra Leone, West Africa and internationally.
The company was founded by Mr. John Gbondo Margai, a Sierra Leonean who remains sole subscriber with 100% shareholding.
